Since the "basic education curriculum reform outline" promulgated, a new round of curriculum reform in full swing in the country. In order to change the teaching mode, let the students from passive to active learning. A large number of first-line teachers to explore and innovation let Learning Plan Guidance emerged. In more than ten years of practice and exploration, a large number of scholars found Guidance case can improve students' self-learning ability and the ability to explore cooperation, but also to change teachers' teaching model into student-centered, teacher-mediated teaching methods. This article is based on case of Changde City, according to the relevant teaching theory and teaching practice to explore the current situation of the " Learning Plan Guidance " mode, then based on information obtained in the survey, analyze and propose ways of improvement.Based on the Geography Learning Plan Guidance as the starting point, this paper investigated the case of high school Geography Guidance application. On the basis of overall grasp the research background and current situation to clarify the meaning and research methods.Through literature research methods to reveal the connotation of Learning Plan Guidance Model,cognitive development characteristics of high school students included,cognitive constructivist theory and the zone of proximal development theory and so on.At the same time, to Changde City high school students questionnaire, interviews of Changde City, the county teachers, and control experimental class as the foundation, research on the current situation of teaching.From the obtained data analysis found everyone learning plan guiding mode of a higher degree of recognition, it on the transformation of the mode of teaching, promotes the student to carry on the independent inquiry learning and to improve student achievement had a marked effect on the. Research shows that although we have a high degree of acceptance but in practical application is not deep, most of the school teachers in the usual teaching and no each lesson use guiding case, just to classroom use. Is mainly due to the problem of guiding case in the implementation process there is a "guide weight" and "learning" of the extreme behavior, and unified model hinder the personality development of teachers and students and so on. In this regard, this article from the balance of the "guide" and "learning"; interaction "teaching" and "learning plan"; promote everyone involved in several angles to enhance the guiding case using the effect of the proposed study.
