The ideological and political lesson in senior high school is an educational research which is about the civilization accomplishment. The main research subject of this course are high school students and politics teachers, and and the research object are the ideological and political text books. It aims to fully dig the rich educational resources from internal and external for the ideological and political course, and then cultivate the citizen who support socialism and adhere to the policy for the development of socialism. To enhance the self comprehensive quality in all-around for the student, the ideological and political teachers in senior high school paid more attention to improve their teaching methods on educational attainments. At the same time, they combined the knowledge teaching with cultivating character and good educational attainments, which benefit students for knowing the society, understanding the national conditions. It plays an important roles in improving students’ accomplishment level of civilization and cultivating all-round development of physical and moral aspects, qualified builders and successors of socialism.In this study, firstly, the author explained the concept of civilization accomplishment, the basic elements of the civilization accomplishment education in senior high school. And analyzed the importance of developing the quality education of civilization in ideological and political class in high school. Secondly, analyzed the problem for the quality education of civilization in ideological and political class. The problems mainly are as follows: the concept of confusion, Many teachers are considered the personal quality as the civilization accomplishment; the low recognition degree of the quality education of civilization. It has not been applied widely; the subject is not clear and the efficiency of the civilization accomplishment education is not good; the methods is single and the civilization accomplishment education is difficult to break through. Subsequently, there is a deviation from the teachers’ understanding and bad ability of the importance of civilization accomplishment education, they ignore the differences in education. The specialized teaching for the civilization accomplishment education in the ideological and political lesson are lacking the contents and the scientific and unified standards in evaluation. And then, the author analyzed the cause of the main problems in depth which were about the civilization accomplishment education in the ideological and political lesson. Finally, the author tried to put forward some solutions from four aspects to solve these problems. There are as follows: to strengthen and cultivate the ideological and political teachers’ ability in the civilization accomplishment education, to apply the differentiated education method and the model education method flexible, to promote the civilization accomplishment internalized Then to rich the teaching material which is about the civilization accomplishment education in the ideological and political lesson in senior high school, as a practical matter, to build the evaluation system of the civilization accomplishment education.
