Research On Function Perfection Of Higher Vocational Schools' Social Service

In Chinese higher vocational education system,higher vocational schools really play important roles to realize the harmonious development of regional economy. They are important bases to cultivate talents and realize technological innovation, as well as carrying out the innovation of science and technology. As a significant type of higher education,higher vocational education is to provide high-skilled talents for different social fields and promote the construction of socialist modernization. It makes an irreplaceable role to accelerate socialist modernization. There are three major functions of higher vocational schools,including talent training,scientific research and social service. Social service is the newest of these functions. Therefore,with the rapid expansion of social economy,social service becomes more and more important. At present,China has entered into an era of rapid economic development,social service function of higher vocational schools are closely with social progress. It is truly important to increase support and strengthen social service of higher vocational schools,for promoting the development of regional economy.This paper counters function perfection of social service in vocational schools. Taking GKY for example, the writer makes a research on how to exert vocational schools' social service in the development to promote social economy.First,this paper analyses the social service's current situation of vocational schools at home and abroad,points out the existing problems and consults related literatures domestic and overseas. On basis of these,the writer picks up the research topic and methodology to integrate research data and elaborate background and significance.Second,in order to provide theoretical foreshadowing of analysis,the writer elaborates basic theory of social service and introduces conceptual framework and general development.Third,by integrating the analytic results of individual cases analysis,this paper makes analysis and simplifying treatment on function perfection of social service with GKY as an example,and conducts deeper analysis on existing issues and achievements of GKY from social service concept,system,specialty structure,personnel cultivating program, counterpart assistance, interschool communication, and international cooperation to put forward suggestion and tactics.Finally,the writer summarizes the research results and indicates problems and further development.This paper makes a theoretical elaboration on current situation of GKY's social service and research how to exert social service function during social economy developing era preferably and realize win-win between government,enterprise and school.
