Research On The Management Of Social Service Project In Higher Vocational Colleges

In recent years,the problem of social service in higher vocational colleges has been paid more and more attention from all walks of life.Nanning College for Vocational Technology is one of the first batch of national higher vocational model colleges,how to bring its own advantages of talent,intelligence,science and technology into all sorts of social service and provide various service for economy and society nowadays?This question is worth studying and researching carefully.This thesis takes NCVT Business Institute as an example to discuss the social service project management.The research content is composed of five parts:the first chapter is the part of introduction,which introduces the background,the significance and the methods of the research and illustrates the framework of this thesis.The second chapter expounds the theory of social service project management in higher vocational colleges;the third chapter discusses the current situation of social service project management in higher vocational colleges.The existing problems and their causes are comprehensively analyzed and studied.The 4th chapter describes the project of poverty relief with the e-commerce in NCVT business institute,including the background,basic situation,difficulties and problems encountered in the implementation of the project.The 5th chapter takes the project of the poverty relief with e-commerce in Nanning College for Vocational Technology as an example.The effective way of improving the function of social service project in higher vocational colleges is put forward by using the relevant theory of project management.The 6th Chapter is the summary of this research and the prospect in the future.This thesis can provide the theory and experience for the social service project management to the similar colleges and universities.
