On The Study Of The Countermeasures Of Improving The Service System Of Employment Of Higher Vocational Colleges

In recent years, with the rapid development of economy of our country, our country’s higher vocational education gets the rapid development in our country, has already become the indispensable important component. The rapid growth of the number of students of the higher vocational education in higher vocational colleges increases, employment problem has become increasingly prominent, the employment situation is not optimistic. Employment problem of higher vocational students gets increasingly the wide attention of social all circles. Because the development speed of higher vocational education is too fast, and the corresponding educational thought, school running mode, curriculum construction, did not keep pace with the times, the connotation construction of higher vocational education still exist such or in that way problem. Therefore, for China’s higher vocational education the employment problem of the research has important realistic value.This article begins from the higher vocational education connotation of the higher vocational education, analyzes the characteristics of the higher vocational education, then reviews and summarizes the development course of our country higher vocational education, grasps the pulse of the development of higher vocational education, and give employment patterns were analyzed, the employment patterns of evolution of Higher Vocational Colleges points, does creative analysis of employment patterns of Higher Vocational Colleges and the service system of employment of Higher Vocational Colleges, then the current employment patterns of Higher Vocational Colleges were typicaly analyzed, then the basic theories of the employment problem of Higher Vocational Colleges are discussed, and the main basis of theory in this paper, provides theoretical basis for the following countermeasures.Based on the investigation and analysis of Higher Vocational Students’ employment problem of graduates of4Higher Vocational Colleges,this article points out the reasons of Higher Vocational Students’ employment problem, that higher vocational students’ employment difficult results from the government, schools and enterprises, points out the service system of employment of Higher Vocational Colleges in our country is not very perfect, three respects from the government, school and the enterprises proceeds with, accelerates the improvement of the service system of employment of Higher Vocational Colleges, and pushing forward the employment of Higher Vocational Colleges.
