As people pay more and more attention to health, many kind of fitness methods will emerge. Yoga as a kind of ancient and effective exercise of physical and mental health, has been praised highly by more and more practitioners. Yoga practice, scientific validation, and physical therapy are accepted and practiced by people of different ages, positions, and different physical conditions. Yoga has gradually entered the campus in recent years, to help students to strengthen the body, and slow down the ideological pressure, enhance the focus. Yoga is still a niche in the course of the campus. Its development is relatively new, and there are many places need to be improved. At present, the teaching methods of yoga classes are organized by the teacher's method and demonstration. This teaching form often makes the teacher can only finish the teaching task in the external form. Learners only have a superficial level of learning from the outside, and have not reached the level of accuracy. It is difficult to make the learners master the essence of yoga classes and the physiological characteristics of each posture in the effective learning time. It is also difficult to stimulate learners' ability to learn independently, and to mobilize the learning interest of the learner.This text is a case about yoga classes of Xingtai Modern Vocational School. Based on the constructivism learning theory and informal learning theory, We constructed auxiliary yoga teaching mode based on WeChat. Teachers use WeChat group and WeChat public platform to push the teaching content, teaching goal before class, to help learners shoot photos, and video of postures in class, to post discussions, assign homework, feedback information after class.Based on the WeChat channel of yoga teaching, teachers can fully mobilize the learner's learning interest, and cultivate learners' active learning and inquiry learning ability. It also can promote the standardization of learning skills, standardization, but also to make the communication between learners, learners and teachers more convenient.
