Since the 21 st century, our country social economy made great progress, but the population problem has always been the important factors that affect economic development.Such as unbalanced sex ratio at birth, ageing, the low cultural quality of the population, population industrial structure transformation and urbanization level, has become the hot topic of people.And these problems are closely related to the development and changes of population structure, demographers have carried out extensive and in-depth research.In this paper, based on the sixth census and statistical yearbook data of Guizhou province population structure study, from the perspective of horizontal and vertical, respectively from the population natural structure, social structure, economic structure and regional structure to analyze the current situation of Guizhou province population structure and its change rule;Summarize the problems existing in the population structure in Guizhou, and the factors of influence on the thorough analysis, to put forward to countermeasures and Suggestions in optimizing the structure of the population in Guizhou province.This study shows that since 2000, the population structure in Guizhou has been in continuous optimization stage, significant changes have taken place in population structure, and presents the following change rule: Guizhou province population sex ratio fluctuates significantly, and baby birth sex ratio rising;Pyramid of population age structure to deflating, aging population increase;Permanent minority population decline, the significant difference of every minority population development;Population education culture quality improved significantly;Employment population gradually from physical intellectual career;Population industrial structure gradually to the third industry;Into the rapid development of rural population, urbanization construction;Gather population space changes leading to large and medium-sized cities, regional population is scattered.But compared with the national, the gap is bigger, a serious imbalance between population sex ratio;An aging population is serious, and regional unbalanced development;Population culture quality is low;Population distribution of industrial structure is unreasonable, still give priority to with physical profession;Low level of urbanization problems.Therefore, this article from the cultural development, economic growth, national policy, and analyzes its population flow point of view, put forward to perfect the relevant laws and regulations, strengthening propaganda and education;Perfect old-age security system, developing new old Internet industry;Transformation of education mode, the comprehensive security professional education;Optimization of population industry structure, develop the third industry;To speed up the urbanization construction, efforts to shorten the gap between urban and rural countermeasures, which plays an important role to improve the structure of population in Guizhou, which benefits the coordinated development of population and economy in Guizhou.
