A Study Of Case Work On The Migrant Children And Their Behavior Problems

The economic development makes it possible for people migrate from urban areas to rural areas, followed by the huge migrant tide of workers, and migrant children are also one of the results of economic and social development. Changes in the acquired lifestyle and those children's environment make it difficult for them to adapt to the new environment, which results in various behavioral problems.The research takes a migrant child as an example, using scale measurement and interview method, it carries on the analysis to the causes of the behavioral problems via three factors: personal family and social aspect. For underachievement, game addiction as well as domestic tension, narrative therapy can help to deal with behavior patterns,correction model and ecosystem model under the guidance of case social work method.Reviewing and reflecting the whole service process, the author draws the following conclusions:1. To establish a professional relationship aspects and behavior problems of migrant children have than other children more sensitive and fragile heart, so in the professional relationship establishment requires social workers have a strong empathy heart and patience to deal with the case the main silent, crying and rebellious behavior.Good professional relationship is the foundation and key to the smooth development of service work. 2. Service process, in this study, for the case of the main learning disabilities and game addiction, parent-child relationship tension three aspects problem behaviors, the author adopted the narrative therapy, behavior correction and ecosystem, the treatment mode andclient and mother of intervention and treatment, service process is not easy, in the face of the case in the main service in the process of rebound phenomenon, social workers should be timely and family communication and find out the crux of the problem to ensure that the service is effective and normal development. 3 In effect, for the case of the main behavior problems in three aspects, this research has made the interventionaleffect of different degree, case of the main three problems are not independent and mutual influence of three individuals, but perplexing intertwined, in the three issue for correction,parent-child relationship the problem is the focus of this study, because it runs through the main case before the two question, also is the tension relationship with mother- the main case indirectly caused the main case of underachievement and network addiction problems,solve the problem of tension is the key solution of parent-child two before the resolution main behavior problems, although the main case studies malnutrition and Internet Addiction and parent-child relationship tensions have made great improvement, but the tension in parent-child relationship problem is not a short duration of time will be able to completely improve things in social workers. In the days of the service, the principal and the continuing efforts of the master and his mother were still necessary to improve the relationship between the parents and the children.This study provides theoretical and practical value to social work practice and theory by presenting a rather typical case and the effective invention to children's behaviors.
