Since the reform and opening up,the development of urban population cities in China has been increasing,and the urbanization process has kept pace with the growth.The gap between urban and rural development has prompted a large number of migrant workers to leave their former places of residence and bring their children to new cities to seek a new life.According to incomplete statistics,in China's urban population structure,about a third of people from rural migrant workers,the migrant workers in the total number of the number of trailing children has reached 300 million.Migrant workers more livable city construction in China,their work is mostly a lot of people are reluctant to do the bottom of the work,if their life is not taken seriously by the government and society,and the future of manual labor and will eventually be replaced by the work mode and of mechanization and automation,the write the living condition of migrant workers will be unimaginable.In addition,most migrant workers have no higher education,and their children's education is struggling,in addition to the economic income generated by high skills.After the children are moved into the new education environment,they are faced with the adaptation and development dilemma of themselves,family,community and society.How to promote their better into the ingoing ground new education environment is a focus of attention of the whole society is trailing their children's education reform in China,difficult and hot issue in the process of the integration of urban and rural education.In this study,an example of children and their families in H city H community was studied by the writer.For example,through in-depth moving children family environment,whiter as a director live in social relation network of client,namely the individual and family of microcosmic system,medium peer groups and school system of neso-system,community and social of macroscopic system for detailing of case record,case interview,case analyses,and case participatory observation,The most important point is that trailing children family education method,education idea,family learning environment,peer group relations,trailing children mental health problems,etc,which especially be carried on the related analysis and related research.Research shows there have big different influence in family education way,with the school and peers and the community social integration on which have happened after moving to new environment in the migration of rural migrant workers family of trailing of children and family education.First of all,Internal objective in this paper,from the family,school and community environment,and social education system,and so on various aspects factor analysis impact on family migration to the director of education,sums up the children of migrant workers trailing in the move to the new environment with my parents in family,school,peer groups,conmmunity between the reality of education problems,and combined with case study related theory in social work for trailing children education problem in fact were analyzed and summarized,points out that the trailing bad children school,poor family education support,deficiency of family education,peer group interaction is blocked,unfair education policies and family of trailing panic problems such as the serious influence of egotism,take many case work theory and ecological treatment mode,narrative mode,advantage perspective,family power service methods of project intervention,suit the remedy to the case,the guidance director face up to oneself is experiencing problems,flat state of mind,alleviate the pressure of the family and children's psychological,to help them out and use case to measure the success of several patterns,and on this basis,from the micro,meso and macro aspects of trailing children trailing children education problems put forward diversification strategy,so as to arouse the whole society to the attention of the trailing their children's education problem,promote solve trailing in urban children's education problem.From the micro level,it is mainly to strengthen the self-drive construction and mental toughness construction of the children,and actively participate in social life.From the meso level,from the aspect of family,school,community level,family level of emphasis on improving family education concept and function,promote family cultural capital,emphasis on students' school adaptation in trailing children school level of attention and positive interaction,peer groups emphasize strengthening academic interaction,set up support groups,community level emphasizes the integration of community organizations,material,manpower,financial resources and education resources to support education present situation;From the perspective of macroscopic system,the strategy of intervention is summarized from two perspectives:social work organization and social support.The author participated in the case study by using case interview,participatory observation and literature collection,and collected the real information of education dilemma.
