With the trend of younger age of drug addicts, the number of young drug users continues rising, and it gradually develops into a great danger of contemporary social issues. Young people are the reserves of manpower resources for national development who related to the country's progress and the nation's future, such serious issues deserve our attention apparently. At the same time, compulsory isolation detoxification become one of our main detoxification pattern replacing the previous rehabilitation through labor and public security departments are trying to explore more effective detoxification pattern on it. Which can help compulsory isolation detoxification mode to get rid of the drug control and gradually correcting their deviant behavior and return to normal social life step by step. The Social work, acting as a professional discipline to help others, during the process involves helping this particular vulnerable group-compulsory isolation detoxification teenagers, makes up for the deficiency of compulsory detoxification mode with their professionalism and contributes to accomplish ideal rehabilitation so that they can return to the society smoothly.This paper taking the case of a specific rehabilitation teenager as an example, through Social Work Practice intervening, basing role theory and targeting role rectification,illustrates how social work participating rehabilitation teenagers' drug detoxification process. The rectification process includes three parts: role adaptation, role experience and role expectation. Firstly, these teenagers are assisted to adapt to the rehabilitation surrounding and role cognition so that role adaptation can be accomplished, which is the premise of accepting rectification. Secondly, they are helped by multiple measures to experience family love, friendship and the feeling of contacting with others, so that they can feel the happiness of this role, finish role experience, which is an important approach to create introspection and consciousness, and develop corresponding role expectation.Finally, comparing the status before and after the rectification can help them set a goal,create new role, constantly internalize role responsibility and consolidate the expectation effect so that role return can be achieved.During the process of social work intervening, considering the professionalism and validity of it, based on specific characteristics of the service background and the demand of service object, the writer actively explores several effective interventional methods,including letters and diary etc, at the premise of case work, then records and assesses every stage of the process in detail to adjust the plan so that the intervention effect can be assured.
