Objective: This study medical colleges in fujian province core teachers of middle-aged and young as the research object, the core teachers of middle-aged and young in medical colleges work pressure, general self-efficacy, social support and job performance in empirical research, discusses the teachers' job stress, social support and job performance of the overall situation, the main influence factors and their relationships.Through the analysis of related factors, hope can offer more targeted for medical colleges of human management measures, for the managers of medical colleges and universities to further improve the level of management to provide theoretical and empirical support.Methods: This study used questionnaire survey, by collecting the research object in general situation, the working pressure, by zhang and Schwarzer revised Chinese version of the scale and Zimet compiled by understanding social support scale, adopt the method of level 5 score.Using SPSS20.0 data statistical analysis software.Result: Through research analysis 1? the core teachers of middle-aged and young's working pressure; 2? the influence of teachers' job stress and social support on performance; 3 ?by social support and self-efficacy affect work performance; 4? the core teachers of middle-aged and young teachers scientific research phenomenon is still serious.Conclusion: Medical colleges in fujian teachers' working pressure on the whole is bigger, the backbone of middle-aged and young core teachers of the main pressure comes from long-term overloaded work and due to the various assessment, evaluation and examination psychological pressure;Support the overall higher teachers work, self-efficacy is stronger, higher self recognition to work.Conclude that the colleges and universities should strengthen their positioning research, perfect internal management service flow, reduce teachers' psychological pressure, trade unions and other mass organizations should strengthen the guidance of teachers' work pressure;We will improve the mechanism of performance evaluation and incentive mechanism.
