| As one of the most important competitive sports in human sports, the process and result of swimming competition have been widely concerned. In order to improve athletic performance, athletes face pressure from all aspects in intense daily training and in a single environment. The impact of stress on individuals, especially swimmers, mainly depends on how they are perceived.Athletes will produce a large number of physiological, psychological and behavioral reactions through stress perception, and these reactions may affect their emotions and satisfaction with sports performance. At the same time, daily differences in swimmers’ mood may also lead to differences in performance satisfaction.Perceived social support is a social factor, which can be used as a protective factor in emotional experience to affect individual satisfaction with overall performance.Through literature review,it is found that domestic and foreign scholars have conducted more researches on objective variables such as pressure sources and sports performance, but there are few researches on athletes’ self-perceived pressure perception and performance satisfaction, and the relationship between emotion, perceived pressure and performance satisfaction also needs to be verified. The emotional buffer theory of perceiving social support holds that the perception of social support can help the individual to produce better performance. Therefore, this study explores the relationship among daily stress perception, emotion and performance satisfaction of swimmers, and explores the moderating effect of social support,so as to provide theoretical basis for coaches to develop effective intervention programs to improve their sports performance. In this study,50 high-level athletes from Shanxi Province were investigated for 21 consecutive days. The data collection was divided into two parts. The first part collected the demographic variables of the subjects, perceived social support and other information. In the second part, starting from the evening of October 14,2020 and continuing to the evening of November 3,participants’ daily stress perception, mood and performance satisfaction were collected, and the following results were obtained:(1)At the intra-individual level, there was a significant negative correlation between perceived stress and satisfaction with positive emotion performance, and a significant positive correlation between perceived stress and negative emotion;Positive emotion was significantly negatively correlated with positive emotion, and positively correlated with performance satisfaction.Negative emotion is significantly negatively correlated with performance satisfaction.(2)Perceived stress has a significant negative predictive effect on swimmers’ performance satisfaction;(3)The positive emotions of swimmers can significantly positively predict performance satisfaction;Negative emotions can significantly negatively predict the performance satisfaction of swimmers.(4)The moderating effect of social support on perceived stress and performance satisfaction was not significant; However, perception of social support can significantly moderate the positive correlation between positive emotions and performance satisfaction, and it can also moderate the relationship between negative emotions and performance satisfaction.(5)The positive emotions of swimmers played a mediating role in the relationship between perceived stress and performance satisfaction;Negative emotions could not mediate the relationship between perceived stress and performance satisfaction... |
