Study On The Influencing Factors Of Urban Married Career Women's In Leisure Activities

The purpose of social production is satisfying people's growing material needs and culture needs in the high limit. Human beings' life has improved a lot and the way to live has changing little by little. People become to take life quality seriously more and more. Participating leisure activity not only improves the quality of life, but also promotes the harmony between human and nature, human and human, human and society. Leisure activity has become one of the basic contents in the daily life of modern people.Modern Chinese women already have independent on social status and economic ability, who are more and more longing for the outside world. Therefore, whether they are enjoying their leisure life with freedom is an important aspect to reflect the quality of women's life. In the perspective of sociology, the survey found that women are more active participation in leisure activities and the female subject consciousness, education, income level, leisure time and other factors have an impact on them. So that they are conscious and take the initiative to participate in leisure activities. Women's attitude towards leisure activities can be seen through the analysis of the factors. Although the leisure activities are flourishing, some leisure activities are still in the embryonic stage in our country, especially the married career women still have some limited factors in the process of leisure activities. We need to improve and make women more forwardly participation in leisure activities from the individual, society and government levels, as well as enrich their spiritual life and improve their quality of life.
