Therefore, this study tries to reveal the role positioning problems of educational researchers in the U-S. And through the analysis of the problems in practice, we can help researchers to establish a new role and to find a realistic way of strategy and basis.Based on this, the main issues of this study are: First, what is the process of education researchers in the process of cooperation? Second,what is the role of educational researchers in the reality of cooperation,Which failed to appear in the role of positioning and why. Third, what are the factors that led to the unreasonable location of researchers, how to help the University researchers to establish the correct role? And so on.Around the above research purposes and issues. This study will interview the participates in the practice of primary and secondary schools, and will show an overall analysis of the role of University researchers. Then, Analysis and summary of the role of the researchers in different relationship perspective,elaborate the problems in the Squeezer under the relationship I and “it”, the Unequal others under the relationship I and “him”, And Full of the parties and the people who can not extricate themselves under the relationship I and “I”. And then explore the educational researchers should be the role--Intelligent Intervention in the U-S cooperation. He specifically refers to educational researchers based on their knowledge and experience should intend to improve practice, rooted in the process of educational practice, grow together with teachers. He ask researchers should possess exposure care, suspended existing ideas and reflect on himself at the all process of cooperation. People can not be completely rational in the role of positioning, may be affected by a lot of factors. Therefore, on the basis of interview data, we summed up the factors of the effect of role orientation and choice, the safeguard measures that should take. So as to further promote the success of the University and school collaboration in practice and to promote the reform of basic education.
