At present, the healthy growth of the children of single parent families has been paid more attention by all circles of society, which has also attracted wide attention from the academic circles. According to the current research, the study of children in the divorced single parent families is sufficient, while that is lacking of children in the widowed single-parent families. And the discussion of the influence and solutions to the socialization of children in the widowed single-parent families are lackluster. So, from the perspective of social workers, solutions and point of views of social work to the socialization of children in the widowed single-parent families will be discussed and studied in this thesis, and people could discover valuable practice mode of social work so that social disorder for children in the widowed single-parent families could be rid of.This study is based on a project of children in the plight of Nanjing "Friends of airlines" social service agencies. The author regard the plight of children that project related as the object, through case intervention methods for children with single-parent widowed social disorder to summarize, sort out and cause analysis, and social intervention widowed children from single-parent family diversification is also discussed. Through theoretical approaches of social work for children of widowed parent families multifaceted intervention, using the methods of social support network theory combine with the advantage perspective theory, on the one hand to restore the main functions of the family, on the other hand, help the case protagonist mining and establish a large support network and ultimately improve social disorder issues of these young people, and help them grow up healthily.
