The Chinese Advanced Placement Courses(CAP courses) is kind of academic standards and the level of attainment as the same as university course 's requirements which opened in high school.CAP course has an immeasurable value for strengthening the connection between high school education and university education, deepening the curriculum reform of high school, promoting the cultivation of top-notch innovative personnel. As one of new curriculum form and curri culum concept, CAP course has set off query of some course researchers and doubt of educational practitioner. Meanwhile, CAP course has enfronted with a lot of difficulties in the course of implementation. It has been three years since the CAP courses was implemented. The study takes some high school of Hunan, Guangxi and Zhejiang province as sample. Based on combing the existing resources at home and abroad, the researcher tries to make some studies including the present situation of CAP courses which open ed in some high school of Hunan, Guangxi and Zhejiang province, issues form the current implementation and strategies to solve problems. Researchers hope that the study can provide offerings and reference for CAP course improvement.The research adopts questionnaire, interview on the spot to investigate present situation of implementation of CAP course in Hunan, Guangxi and Zhejiang province. Based on the collation and analysis of survey results, the study summarizes achieved aspects and troubling problems in the process of implementation of CAP course, and then analyzes the causes, and finally puts forward to some optimized countermeasures.Following issues can be proved by investigation.CAP course is popular with high school students, and most of students choose courses rationally according to their interests.CAP teachers can meet the requirement of diploma, and most of students are satisfied with their teachers.CAP course has a good effect on students. Meanwhile, there are some problems which couldn't be ignored, such as the purpose of CAP course being utilitarian, the “lockout” phenomenon, CAP teachers' comprehensive quality need to be improved, and lack of evaluation system of CAP course. The reason that lead to these problems as follows, shortage of know ledge for CAP course, constraints of college entrance examination and enrollment system, the fault of CAP curriculum system, lack of corresponding measures, lack of CAP course management organization. Therefore, the corresponding suggestions are proposed t o improve the implementation of CAP course, such as to enrich the knowledge of CAP course and make clear of the position of CAP course, and to strengthen the overall planning and to construct the scientific system, and to edict supporting measures and to intensify the construction of teachers, and to Optimize teaching methods and to consummate evaluation mechanism.
