Prosocial behavior is an important foundation to build a good interpersonal relationship and the harmonious development of individual psychology. The development and adaptation of immigrant children are influenced by prosocial behavior, but the relative lack of the prosocial behavior has restricted the development of immigrant children. In order to improve the immigrant children’s prosocial behavior level, understand the status of the immigrant children’s parental involvement and prosocial behavior, this study is used the Prosocial Tendencies Measure and Perceptions of Parents Scales, Family Adaptation and Cohesion Evaluation Scales to investigate 536 students from Zhongshan, Shenzhen and Zhuzhou, and to explore the relationship between parental involvement and prosocial behavior, and to explore the role of parent-child relationship, in order to reveal the mechanism of parental involvement in how to affect the prosocial behavior. And from the parental involvement put forward corresponding suggestions to improve the prosocial behavior of immigrant children, it is of great significance to structure a harmonious socialist society. The results were as follows:(1) The non-immigrant children parental involvement and prosocial behavior were significantly better than the immigrant children.(2) The immigrant children’s parental involvement in a high level, the level of mother’s involvement is higher than father’s. The immigrant children father’s involvement have significant difference in different gender and parental involvement have significant difference in the father’s education level.(3) The immigrant children prosocial behavior performed well in medium partial level. The immigrant children’s prosocial behavior have significant differences in different gender, grade and mother cultural degree.(4) There was a significant positive correlation in the immigrant children parental involvement and the parent-child relationship and prosocial behavior.(5)The parent-child relationship plays a complete mediating effect between the parental involvement and the immigrant children prosocial behavior.The research results show that parental involvement affects the development of the immigrant children’s prosocial behavior and through the parent-child relationship occurred role.
