Aerobics venue Professor imposed on students of public physical education for non sports professional students, only on a second open, relatively speaking student sports foundation is poorer, aerobics less contact. In order to improve the teaching quality, improve teaching environment, optimize the teaching to make the following experiments in Xinjiang Normal University public sports course in randomly selected two classes as the research object, each class 35 people, each class a week class, two hours, 12 weeks respectively. From the basic technology, self ability, learning interest and attitude, cooperation ability four aspects of the teaching effect of multimedia technology, a class uses the traditional teaching, another class on the basis of traditional teaching with multimedia technology(the use of multimedia in the classroom to explain the basic technical movements, self routines, domestic and foreign outstanding video game, hip-hop, dance aerobics, Aerobics Rules of the game, the team competitions and training video appreciate). The main use of the literature data method, mathematical statistics method, experimental method and asked volume data method, comparison research, strict control of experimental variables, statistical data. The results of the experiment are analyzed, and the results are analyzed and the conclusion is drawn:Multimedia technology using professional video data and the combination of traditional teaching is conducive to the formation of the basic skills of students aerobics.In the traditional classroom, the use of multimedia to explain the form of excellent self taught to the students, is conducive to broaden the horizons of students, and improve the ability of the student's self and innovative ability.In the traditional classroom use of multimedia technology into international competition and domestic competition, cheerleading, hip-hop, aerobic dance video appreciation, and aerobics professional knowledge and fitness and health knowledge to join, is conducive to improve students' learning interest in bodybuilding rub, change the learning attitude.In the traditional classroom use of multimedia technology into project, the duo video game, elite athletes training and high difficulty lifting training video appreciation, as well as to explain, to promote the improvement of students' cooperation ability.
