Research On The Construction Of Security System Of Large-scale International Sports Events Stadiums And Gymnasiums

With the overall development of the country and society,more and more cities intion of media.Under the background of vigorous development of China's sports industry,many cities in China enhance their soft power and influence by holding large-scale international sports events.Sports events not only inject vitality into social development,but also bring pressure to social security.Especially for large-scale international sports events,due to their own particularity,the safety of the events can not be ignored,and there may be hidden dangers in all aspects of the events.Among them,stadiums and gymnasiums as the focus of the event,building a sound security system is the most important to ensure the safety of the event.Based on the cases of security work in large international sports events at home and abroad and the development of security work in China,this paper sums up that the number of participants,environment,venue and management are important factors affecting the security of large international sports events through causality and correlation analysis.By using Delphi method,this paper studies and establishes three first-level indicators including environmental assessment,venue conditions and management mechanism,14 second-level indicators such as race situation,natural environment,traffic accessibility,perimeter protection,emergency response,and 36 third-level indicators such as race level and impact,key points,peripheral traffic supporting,etc.for the security system of large-scale international sports venues.Based on this system,combined with the security preparations for the Beijing2022 Winter Olympic Games,this paper puts forward some feasible security strategies for the design of the venues for the Winter Olympic Games in the future.The detailed and effective analysis is carried out from three aspects of demand determination,risk assessment and response measures.It is proposed that the integration of venues and venues should be done well,the peripheral regional control of venues and independent venues should be strengthened,and the venues and venues should be well controlled.Five specific measures were taken,including closed management,optimization of venue functional zoning and channel design,and strengthening of media management.At the same time,some suggestions were put forward for the optimization of venue security post settings.
