The Study On Talent Training In Higher Vocational Colleges From The Perspective Of Fairness

The talent training in higher vocational colleges is the starting point and standpoint of the higher vocational education, which is the core of higher vocational education. Talent training is fair or not which is related to the realization of educational equity and the foundation of social justice. At present, the higher vocational education in our country has entered the developing stage of mass higher education, and has made great achievements. However, in our country, the higher technical personnel is still short, the personnel training objective is not clear, the resources of higher vocational education still cannot meet the social needs,moreover, there are a lot of unfair phenomenon, such as enrollment opportunities, the process and results in education, all these are greatly influenced the building of a harmonious society.This paper is based on the educational equity theory, and uses the Marxist theory to analyze the significance of personnel training in higher vocational college. The paper is also combined with the current actual situation of the social economy, the development of higher vocational education and the trend of higher vocational personnel to the development of the future social economy, at the end, it put forward a series of measures to discuss how to improve the quality of higher vocational education.This thesis consists of four parts. The first part is the introduction; I mainly discussed the research background, significance, research status, and proposed research thoughts, research methods and innovative points. The second part is the concept of fair, educational equality,talent training and higher vocational talents, and describes the related theoretical basis. The third part mainly discusses the current situation, existing problems about the talent training of the higher vocational colleges in our country, and analyzes the reasons. Nowadays, the talent training of higher vocational college has made outstanding achievements, but I also summed up many inequities of higher education, from the starting point of higher education, the process and results. Then I analyze the reasons from the perspective of the government,higher vocational colleges, traditional theories, economic factors and so on.the fourth part is the countermeasures. Under the perspective of fairness, I propose the measures of talent training of higher vocational colleges by strengthening the government responsibility,emancipating the mind and renew ideas, perfecting related system to inhibit the unfairness because of the objective factors, and improving the pertinence of talent training through optimizing the teaching content.
