An Empirical Study Of Factors Affecting The Field-Sourced College Graduates' Social Integration

New Citizen, a new address of extraneous population in the city, is playing an irreplaceable role in economic development in recent years. As the important component of New Citizen, college graduates of field sector recruits faced with a series of problems in social integration, such as employment difficulties, high rate of unemployment, and weak sense of social responsibility. Only if such problems were effectively improved could the city maintain stability and development trend. As a result, further study is of great benefit to the promotion of successful integration, transporting new forces to the city sustainable development.This paper takes the social integration of field-sourced graduates as research content, carried out research in Guangzhou, the representative first-tier city. Taking the field-sourced college graduates worked in Guangzhou as research object, integrated research methods like questionnaire research, literature study and interview study were used for quantitative and qualitative analysis.The research includes four major directions, which is economy condition, social association, culture integration and psychological identity, focused on the analysis of four aspects. Firstly, social integration status of field-sourced college graduates. Secondly, the problems exposed in the process of their social integration. Thirdly, the analysis of the influenced factors to their social integration. Last but not least, the suggestions to promote their integration into society.Merged with the knowledge of Management Science, Statistics, Sociology and Demography, this paper applied exploratory Factor Analysis Method, divided the social integration into several factors to measure the field-sourced college graduates' social integration and the factor integration, then it discussed the corresponding relationship between eliminated factors and social integration factors. Besides, Verification Factor Analysis Method and Structural Equation Model were taken to test the relationship between the social integration factors and to verify the hypothesis and model effects. Moreover, the paper analyzes the relationship strength between the individual natural social characteristics and social integration and its factors, by means of Multiple Linear Regression Model, in order to further analyze the influence factors of college graduates' social integration.The research finds that the general level of these graduates' social integration is on the low side. Its Social integration is in accordance with the economic integration, social interaction, cultural integration, identity and psychological integration in order. Among them, the identity-psychological integration ranks the highest level. Economic integration, social interaction, cultural integration also has a significant impact. Meanwhile, cultural integration becomes the medium, through which the economic integration and the social interaction affect the identity-psychological integration. While discussing the relationship between the personal natural social characteristics and social integration with its various factors, the research finds that 10 variables have a significant impact on the whole social integration, including gender, graduation year, school record, frequency of Part-time in school, monthly income, residence time, administrative levels of hometown, nature of the account, case of only child, the number of inflow relative.Finally, on the basis of analytic results, the paper puts forward suggestions and countermeasures to the main parties, including the individual level, school level, enterprise level, community level, social organization level and the government level, which is in the hope of improving the field-sourced college graduates to integrate into Guangzhou, and promoting the steady and harmonious development of Guangzhou.
