| Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the state has formulated a series of policies and measures to cultivate creative talents or ethnic minority areas,For the reason of history and geographical location,compared to coastal and inland areas,there is a big gap between those areas and minority areas in economy,culture,science and technology and especially education.The lack of high level talents is an important factor for limiting economic construction and social development in ethnic minority areas.In 2004,the Ministry of Education and other five ministries jointly issued On the Cultivation of High-level Talents of Minority Opinions.According to it,the adopted minority backbone Master Graduate Students must to be trained for one year in the intensive training base.They could enter the school they are enrolled to study after passing the examination.In 2014,the Ministry of Education has been revised on the policy,in addition to the enrolled candidates who meet the demand of the school general admission plan,the rest of the candidates still need training.The transition and foundation strengthening of the year,is the preparation before becoming a formal graduate,and it plays an important role in the implementation of the training.The effect of implementing the cultivation is related to the quality of personnel training and the development of minority areas.In view of this,this paper based on the existing research,combining with the specialty and experience and in Marx’s national theory,Marx’s theory of human’s overall development and the education justice theory,according to the representative,the feasibility and convenience of the principle of selecting the backbone minority postgraduate students from seven training base including Liaoning Petrochemical University,Southwestern University and Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications as the object of research.According to the guiding ideology basis to strengthen the training work,to research on talent training mode from the training objectives,teaching staff,curriculum system,teaching management,evaluation and the communication between the trained students and the target colleges.Further to find out the existing problems,and analysis from the objective and subjective aspects.Putting forward feasible countermeasures for the high quality backbone minority postgraduates,which aims to improve the talent training mode base so as to improve the backbone of minority Postgraduates’ training quality.This paper is divided into six chapters: the first chapter is the introduction,mainly including the background of the minority high-level talents scheme,interpretation of foundation reinforcement training base,training mode definition,determine the research ideas and methods,and elaborates on the theoretical basis and significance,and summarize the existing research.The second chapter is the specific content of the investigation.After illuminating investigation tools and purposes,the base of the survey and the selection of research samples,the basic situation of the research object and the current situation of personnel training mode are investigated.The third chapter based on the analysis of questionnaire and interview results,summed up the base of the personnel training mode of training target exists fuzzy,weak teachers,curriculum system,teaching management is weak,rigid,lack of unified evaluation criteria,such as lack of communication problems.In the fourth chapter,for the problems of talent training mode in the base,it analyzes rationally for the object reasons from the training base of the irrational distribution of difficult positioning on the basis of intensive training and the complex composition of backbone minority postgraduates;it also analyzes rationally for the subject reasons from the gaps between management mode and training base,and the lack of attention by the students themselves.In the fifth chapter,the paper analyzes the reasons,and then put forward to improve the basis to strengthen the training base personnel training mode of the countermeasures from the relevant policy,teaching management team and teaching staff,curriculum system,teaching management,evaluation and feedback mechanism and communication six aspects,in order to benefit the training of ethnic minority talents in the future.The sixth chapter is the conclusion,which summarizes the research and prospect about the further research work. |
