Lying in a particular position,urban-rural schools have a lot of problems.How to solve these problems becomes the question which every school governor and educator should think about.As classes are the primary units that organize,how to deal with class work efficiently is the primary choice to solve the educational problems in urban-rural areas.Besides,how to implement students self-management in class management is significant to promote students'development.In respect of the development of students' self-management ability,dissertation exits in foreign countries from Italian humanist Victorino to Soviet educator Sukhomlinskii.During domestic early Warring state period,Confucius' thought,"the tutor should not enlighten the student,until he has turn the problem over in his mind and arrive a level of obtaining some thoughts but cannot speak out the standard answer.This thought express the spirit of developing students' independent speculation and study.In contemporary China,Cai Yuanpei and Tao Xingzhi resolved to practice and made specialized statements.The successors Wei Shusheng and Li Zhenxi also thoroughly studied students' self-managed behavior.Based on these theories,this thesis is a research on the management of the students' self-managed classes in local urban-rural schools.Questionnaire and data statistics method were used in this thesis in which the problems of the class management in urban-rural schools were analyzed.Inefficient management of class,low students' autonomous ability and new curriculum reform education form call for the research of the students'self-management in class.After the comprehensive analysis of the domestic and foreign literature and the existing results,we are sure that the students'self-management in class is practicable.The following methods can be used:make practical class regulations which the students can follow;enforce the class cadre appointment system to make the students establish the center of self-management and to share the rights and responsibilities;enforce the Class post contract responsibility system to refine the self-managed posts and to ensure that the responsibilities are properly implemented;create the class ecological culture to form an autonomous atmosphere;establish a long-term autonomous system and make the self-management become a long-term management model.The aims of the exploration and measures is instituting students "self government" during the class management which can reflect the new ideas"people-centered education,moral education first principle".These can also help the students get experience and develop the correct values and judgment.The ability to solve problems and student integrative quality can also be developed.And Students can get a comprehensive and healthy development.The thesis is consisted of four sections.The introduction which is based on the need of the reform and the development of education,students'self-development,and headmasters' own development explains the background and research significance of this thesis,defines the core concept,combs the domestic and foreign related research results,and puts forward specific ideas and research methods.The first chapter mainly discusses the reality that class management promotes student autonomy.It also discusses the reason that the recent class management is inefficient.The second chapter analyzes the current situation of class management and explores the students' autonomy in class management.The third chapter summarizes the achievements and problems of student autonomy in class management.The fourth chapter is the profound reflection of the action research,and summarizes the achievements and experience.It also provides the basis for further research and provides help for the teachers to research the class management and students autonomy.
