Located in the special area of the combination of urban and rural areas,the change of the structure of the source of school students brings new challenges to the school educational work,which requires teachers to promote and improve the concept and method of cultivating students.In the learning community,we should respect the individual differences of the members as well as take the common vision,value and emotion as the basis.We should take the real task as the core,attach importance to the sharing of resources,exchange and cooperate,and merge the emotional culture to realize the common development.In view of this,the author applies the theory of learning community to the exploration of constructing the learning community of junior middle school students in the combination of urban and rural areas,in order to meet the requirements of school and class training students,so as to meet the needs of students'development.Here are the main parts:The first part is to define the concept of learning community of junior middle school students in urban and rural areas,and analyze and draw lessons from the theory of learning community and action research methods.The second part is that the author analyzes the current situation,main problems and reasons of junior middle school students in urban and rural areas through questionnaires and interviews in order to better understand the current situation of junior middle school students in urban-rural fringe.The third part is to made the principles,conditions and strategies of constructing students' learning community clear according to the present situation and main problems of junior middle school students in urban and rural areas.The 4th part is based on the exploration of the learning community theory,and the effect of the organic combination of this construction strategy on the construction of the learning community of junior middle school students in the urban-rural joint region is verified through practice.Through selecting a representative class as the experimental class,this paper carries on the action research of constructing student learning community from the perspective of class education and construction.First,form a learning community in the form of a cooperative learning group and form a common goal.Second,build up a platform for students to show themselves,obtain successful experience,and improve their sense of self-efficacy.Next,set up a platform for students to communicate,interactive dialogue to promote the integration of interpersonal psychology and to establish positive interpersonal relations,improve the ability of communication.Then,organize students to participate in "familiar" and "unfamiliar"activities,develop cooperative skills,integrate into the community,and obtain the identity of community membership.Last,awaken students' consciousness of lifelong learning,provide diversified and multi-level learning opportunities and growth space,cultivate students' ability of independent development,develop together,and make students become masters of independent development.The 5th part is that through the practice construction research and the analysis construction result,the author obtains this research conclusion.The 6th part is that through the practice construction research,the author analyzes the existence question and the ponder.
