With the background of the new era,China is facing the transformation from a large population to a major human resources,the State attaches more and more attention to education,and constantly promotes the popularization of high-level and high-quality education.Therefore,primary school class management should pursue high-level development and maximize the educational value of the class.However,from the current situation of education,class management still has many problems,especially for the urban and rural junction of primary school novice head teacher.This study takes the primary school novice head teacher of the urban and rural junction as the research object,investigates and understands the problems existing in the class management of the novice head teacher,and puts forward the corresponding solution strategy to help the novice head teacher enter the scientific and orderly class management track.This study is based on the definition of class management content in the teaching material of primary education specialty in colleges and universities,"Primary school class management" and Liu Yan,Wang Ping editor-in-chief of the Teacher education planning textbook"head teacher and class management" in Deng Yanhong,from class system management,class activity management,class teaching management,class management evaluation,Class organization construction five dimensions to prepare a questionnaire,the Pidu District D Primary School 7 novice head teacher with class students and 4 old head teachers with class students to conduct a questionnaire survey,the use of interview method for 3 novice head teachers and 2 old head teachers to carry out in-depth exchanges to understand the novice head teacher and the old head teacher in the class management of the specific differences.Based on the results of questionnaires and interviews,this paper finds out the problems existing in class management of novice head teachers in Pidu District D Primary School,analyzes the causes of the problems,and finally puts forward the corresponding solutions.From the results of the study,the class management of the novice head teacher in Pidu District D Primary School is generally in the middle level,slightly above the theoretical value;The class management of the old head teacher is generally on the middle level,which is higher than the theoretical value.There are significant differences in class management between the new and old head teachers,and the overall level of class management of novice head teachers is significantly lower than that of old class The investigation found that the class management of novice head teacher has the following problems:class System Management is not scientific,class activity is one-sided,activity organization is not flexible,class teaching management effect is not comprehensive,class management evaluation is incomplete,language cavity,Way is single,class organization construction is not perfect.According to the above problems,the following reasons are analyzed:class System management is not in place;class activity management is unified,neglect students' personality development;class teaching management is backward,lack of self-promotion consciousness;class management evaluation consciousness is weak;class organization construction is one-sided.Based on this,the author from the school and novice head teacher two aspects put forward the relevant solution strategy.School:Pay attention to the role of the evaluation system of class management of novice head teachers,refine the training system of novice head teachers,improve the training mode,strengthen the cultivation of novice head teachers,enhance the sense of professional accomplishment,face students' life,enrich the content of activities.Novice head teacher aspect:the construction of "student-oriented,according to law to rule the class" characteristic class system,strengthen the class activity management,let the activity effect maximize,strengthen the self-study,improve the class teaching management efficiency,attach importance to the class management evaluation,improve the class organization construction.
