Research On Attention Characteristics And Mood Changes Of Basketball Players Under Exercise Fatigue Condition

As one kind of high confrontation, high-intensity sports, fatigue is very common in basketball competitions and trainings. It causes temporary reduction of work ability, so it plays an important role in sports performance. Therefore, many researches related to methods and generation mechanism of sports fatigue and their effects on sports performance have been started. However, studies aimed at psychological factors of athletes are rare. Therefore, this study tries to test and analysis character of attention and mood changes of basketball players under fatigue condition, understand the characteristics of attention and mood of the fatigue state, provide a reference index for the cognitive aspects of sports fatigue monitoring for sport psychologists, basketball coaches and athletes. Professional basketball players were taken as subjects, attention quality and emotional changes were examed before exercise, after exhaustive exercise and of convalescent appetite athletes. The results are as follows:(1) Continuous high-intensity games causes basketball Athletes Exercise fatigue.(2) When in fatigue, basketball players' spatial attention capacity, attention distribution and selective attention ability capacity have no apparent change;(3) Fatigue basketball players' concentration capacity and surveillance capability significantly reduced;(4) Exercise under fatigue, mood state basketball player has undergone significant changes, fatigue, anger, confusion increased and energy loss;(5) Exercise fatigue, basketball players facial expressions aversion increased significantly, the neutral mood significantly reduce...
