Objective:Step aerobics training is a kind of action to many repetitions,low load, training scheme of mass fitness,gait feature is route;TRX(Total Resistance training) suspension with training is a combination of hanging belt Angle direction depend on the weight of complete training, equipment simple, diverse methods, widely applicable. This experiment by observing the research samples respectively from three groups of the same overall step aerobics training, TRX training and cardio TRX training, impact on the week of knee joint muscles function differences. To find out a more reasonable and effective training method, also offers a new reference for the ascension of the knee joint function. Methods: Health no week of knee joint disease of department of 30 girls come from Xi ’an Physical Education University 2013 years class 1 as the research object will be randomly divided into three groups, respectively is: step aerobics, TRX training group and step aerobics exercise group combined with the TRX training. Experiments are conducted to all the participants before the static and dynamic balance ability and strength evaluation, and training for 8 weeks. Under the supervision of all subjects during the perpetrators group respectively for training. After the experiment, and once again to all the participants for static and dynamic balance ability and strength evaluation, and carries on the comparison to the indicators before and after the experiment. Using SPSS statistical software for Windows 17.0 on the measured data for statistical analysis. Results:(1)Through eight weeks after the experiment of cardio training knee unilateral balance value decreases, and the overall change in value is not big, TRX training group knee unilateral balance value decreases, and the overall change in value is not big, step aerobics combination of TRX training knee unilateral balance value decreases, and the overall value decreases.(2)Angular velocity 60 ° / s, step aerobics training of knee flexors numerical increase the total energy of 39.10 J, extensor numerical increase the total energy of 39.70 J, the torque ratio increased 6.36 flexor, TRX training group knee joint of knee flexors numerical increase the total energy of 49.50 J, extensor numerical increase the total energy of 93.20 J, the torque ratio increased 7.42 flexor, step aerobics combination of TRX training knee joint of knee flexors total energy increased 54.80 J, extensor total energy values than 137.10 J, flexor torque increase 8.59;(3)Angular velocity 180 ° / s, step aerobics training of knee flexors numerical increase the total energy of 56.10 J, extensor numerical increase the total energy of 56.30 J, the torque ratio increased 11.11 flexor, TRX training of knee flexors numerical increase the total energy of 32.00 J, extensor numerical increase the total energy of 36.20 J, the torque ratio increased 10.32 flexor, step aerobics combination of TRX training of knee flexors total energy increased 46.30 J, extensor total energy values than 48.60 J, flexor torque increase 8.27.There is no significant difference between the indexes of before experiment, experiment after all the indexes have markedly improved than before the trial, with very significant difference; Step aerobics combination of TRX training on the improvement of the static and dynamic balance ability, the obvious superior to step aerobics training group; Step aerobics combination of TRX training on muscle strength index has obvious superiority than cardio training group. Conclusion:(1) using step aerobics training, TRX resistance training and cardio TRX resistance training to improve the knee joint function, the knee joint function of each index are significantly increased compared with the experimental data from before. But step aerobics combination TRX resistance training training effect is better.(2) step aerobics TRX training resistance by stabilizing muscle growth and the combination of the knee joint movement training, more adaptive than single training, and more comprehensive.(3) which is based on step aerobics TRX resistance training, exercise of knee joint muscle group played a good role, at the same time to the improvement of knee function also has a lot of help, is worth popularization and application.
