China is a large agricultural country,the proportion of rural students is relatively large, from the point of the connotation of education fairness,the proportion of rural students should and rural population. And at present the actual situation is that the proportion of urban and rural college students were 82.3% and 17.7%,there is a greatly different between rural students and urban students differ greatly in terms of the learning environment and hardware facilities, teachers and so on. The author as a rural music talented student who was born in the countryside,and joined the ranks of talented students of these years has been such a determination,it is returned to the countryside,to think what they have learned,students can receive into knowledge-transfer to students. Education and rural music phenomenon summarized,analyzed music teaching experience,to help rural students who was major in art.In the three years of grass-roots work,the author found that many children with high talent in music,but can not play,the quality of education being raised at that time,in order to allow rural children have a better space for development,so that the backward rural music education children also can enjoy playing music education,while making learning content more rich,let themselves in music have an advantage children can play in the field of higher artistic value of music in.In this study,through the interpretation of the national rural education-related policy documents sufficient for rural students in self-improvement,a method is provided for reference.Meanwhile,in order to promote students in development for rural talented students in cultivate the problems analysis and make recommendations to rationalize,to explore the culture the way a suitable for students to develop as a country selection more talent for music students dream stage,through its own advantages for the community to contribute their part.After reviewed the domestic literature on music training, and learned about the status about music talented students.Through literature,interviews, observation and other research methods, on the domestic music talented students group research in educational management, Arts exam training, teaching,teachers,thinking and psychological research.Based Education Fair observed for talented students to provide a reasonable way of teaching,promote quality education so that musical talented students and music lovers can get standardized training.Through years of teaching experience,teaching music specialty habitat planning,analysis of the main items,music theory,Solfeggio,teaching content,make music theory and music literacy go hand in hand; change the traditional teaching methods,individualized teaching; promote quality education enhance personality development of students; different levels of teaching,large classes and small classes a combination between teaching and other forms of rural students in music teaching service.For all conditions are relatively backward rural students,the ability to enjoy the fair arts education,enrich culture and rural music talented students,for the country's outstanding musical talent,even more important.
