Ye Shengtao's Thought Of "Autonomous Learning And Its Management" And My Practice

The emergence of the network provides a very convenient way of knowledge acquisition and a wide knowledge exchange platform for students' autonomous learning.Under the background of this era,students need to learn to manage their own learning,take the initiative to seek knowledge,to explore,to lay the foundation for the lifelong learning of students,to develop a truly innovative talent.Therefore,it is very important to cultivate students' autonomous learning and management ability.The research adopts the literature research method,focuses on the study of "Ye Shengtao"(volume 1-26),because the 26 volume collection of Ye Shengtao's literary works,educational philosophy,language education,editing and publishing ideas and his life experience,let me to Ye Shengtao and his educational thoughts have a comprehensive and three-dimensional understanding.Then I combine the research topic,introduces the research on autonomous learning and Ye Shengtao management thoughts of the scholars at home and abroad,sums up Ye Shengtao for the introduction of "autonomous learning",which includes three aspects:first,let students realize that learning is its own range of things,rely on their own ability,in the process of learning to extrapolate,apply knowledge to practice flexibility,and know to change,change,change in the process of practice.Second,autonomous learning is the deepening of lifelong education for learning.Third,autonomous learning is not only in the knowledge and skills of self enrichment,but also in the ideological and moral self cultivation.Then summed up Ye Shengtao on self-regulated learning and self-regulated learning management thought,management from the following two aspects:(one)strengthen self management of students "autonomous learning":1,strengthen learning motivation and self motivated management;2,strengthening the independent learning plan management;3,strengthen the management of learning resources;4,strengthen the independent learning time management;5,strengthen the results of performance appraisal management,(two)teachers to strengthen the process of management of autonomous learning:1,guide students to cultivate autonomous learning awareness;2,guide the students to establish the stage goal;3,the establishment of teachers for students autonomous learning service system;4,the cultivation of students' self monitoring and evaluation capacity.Finally,I absorbed through the understanding of Ye Shengtao "autonomous learning and management",applying it to my practice,help me to change the management of students' autonomous learning concept,constantly optimize the management of students' autonomous learning mode.
