School based curriculum development began in twentieth Century 60,70 s,the rise in the western countries.The theoretical basis of school-based curriculum development is practice model established by Schwab and process model established by Stenhouse.Foreign research and practice early,the earliest in the end of 1980 s to early 90 s,Taiwan and Hongkong scholars began to pay attention to the concept of school-based curriculum and ideas.In the middle of the 1990 s,Chinese scholars began to study.Schools also began to carry out the actual work of school-based curriculum development.With a new round of basic education curriculum reform,school-based curriculum for professional development,promote teachers to promote the all-round development of students and the practical significance of the formation of school characteristics and attracted more and more attention.How to develop high quality school-based curriculum which is suitable for the school and has the characteristics of the school itself has become one of the most important research subjects of many schools.At present,the development of school-based curriculum types have strong regional characteristics of the development of school-based curriculum,school-based curriculum development,teachers and students based on the development of the school-based curriculum,the school of the advantages of the project to develop school-based curriculum development based on discipline and school-based curriculum development based on the goal orientation.Also produced a large number of excellent samples and advanced schools,advanced areas.The advanced regions of South of Jiangsu area as the exploration of school based curriculum development,such as the emergence of Shanghai City,Jiangsu experimental school,Xishan high school,Nanjing Normal University School of two advanced representatives,some development zones across the country are actively explore,Tianjin District,Shenzhen district and Shanghai of Pudong New Area.The paper fully researches and summarizes the development of school-based curriculum theory,and analyzes the outstanding representatives of domestic school-based curriculum development,the author's School of Xi'an Jiao Tong University Affiliated High School of Suzhou as the study object,through a questionnaire on teachers and on the part of the teachers and the leaders in charge of the interview,in order to understand the current situation of the development of school based curriculum.And from the teachers themselves,school support and school support three aspects analysis on the existing problems in the school-based curriculum development,puts forward specific suggestions for improvement accordingly.The last part of the thesis is to make a corresponding improvement,the results obtained from the development of school based curriculum in Suzhou high school affiliated to Xi'an Jiao Tong University.Besides literature research,the research method of this paper mainly uses the questionnaire survey method.In order to ensure the rationality and validity of the questionnaire,the questionnaire design,the author firstly fully study the outstanding exploration of school-based curriculum development in the design of the questionnaire,and then combined with the actual situation of Xi'an Jiao Tong University Affiliated High School of Suzhou,carefully prepared a questionnaire.The questionnaire covers a wide range,covering many aspects of school-based curriculum development,for the author to explore the development of school-based curriculum strategy to lay the foundation.
