Teacher job satisfaction is affected by many factors.Salary performance,working conditions,and colleagues' relationships all affect teacher job satisfaction.Teachers' job satisfaction will affect teachers' enthusiasm for teaching.Therefore,it is necessary to improve teachers' job satisfaction and promote the healthy development of education in China.Teacher satisfaction comprehensively reflects the teachers' work attitude,teachers' views and opinions on the school management status,salary system,incentive mechanism and career development prospects.By investigating the teacher's job satisfaction to further understand the teachers' opinions on the school management,it is possible to find out the ideology of the faculty and staff in a timely manner,and provide reference for the school management to improve human resource management to avoid further expansion of adverse effects.The education resources in the southern part of Jiangsu Province are richer,but there are still serious imbalances in the distribution of educational resources.The main reason is that excellent educational resources are excessively concentrated in cities,while for rural areas,educational resources are relatively scarce.The shortage of teacher resources is obvious,and the education hardware is backward.Especially in the non-high school entrance examination of music,the long-term neglect of music quality education in rural areas has neglected the work of teachers in rural areas of southern Jiangsu,especially the work of music teachers.This paper focuses on the work satisfaction of rural high school music teachers in Southern Jiangsu.The main purpose is to raise the attention of the competent educational departments at all levels to the living conditions of rural high school music teachers,to understand the ideas and doubts of teachers and staff in teaching,and to clarify the needs of teachers.The development goal is to improve the comprehensive ability of teachers and staffs as a reference and basis to improve the job satisfaction of rural high school music teachers in Southern Jiangsu,so as to improve the level of music teaching in high school in rural areas of southern Jiangsu.This paper investigates the job satisfaction of rural high school music teachers in Southern Jiangsu through quantitative research,such as personal interviews,collective or individual questionnaires.Visiting the music teachers' job satisfaction,through prediction and multiple discussions,finally form a questionnaire that is more suitable for the job satisfaction of rural high school music teachers in Southern Jiangsu.After that,65 music teachers from 30 rural high schools were selected in the three major cities of Wuxi,Suzhou and Changzhou in the southern part of Jiangsu Province for formal investigation.The data obtained by SPSS21.0 were used for statistical analysis.The basic situation of job satisfaction of music teachers in rural high schools in the region,considering their characteristics,summarizing the problems of music teachers' job satisfaction,the factors causing these problems,and exploring strategies to improve teachers' job satisfaction.The factors affecting the satisfaction of music teachers in rural high schools in southern Jiangsu are related to the realization of salary and self-social value,teacher professional development opportunities,school system and leadership style,teachers' professional power,intra-school interpersonal relationship,and teacher performance appraisal system.Obvious positive correlation.Therefore,based on these influencing factors,this paper puts forward a specific strategy to improve the job satisfaction of rural high school music teachers in Southern Jiangsu.According to the research results of the thesis,the country and society,schools,teachers themselves and other three levels,to improve the above six major influencing factors,to achieve the optimization of wages,the improvement of the school system,the expansion of professional development opportunities,professional power of teachers The improvement of the interpersonal relationship,the scientific improvement of the performance appraisal system,etc.,can significantly improve the job satisfaction of music teachers,and promote the improvement and improvement of rural music teaching quality in rural areas of southern Jiangsu.From a macro level,the state and the social level mainly provide the basic guarantee for the salary of rural high school music teachers from the system,and use the guidance of public opinion to establish the status of music teachers in rural high school education.At the school level,it is mainly to optimize and improve from the management level.By creating a professional teaching environment,expanding training channels,and improving the performance appraisal system,it provides a better management environment and development conditions for high school music teachers.From the teacher's own level,we should clarify our own work orientation,adhere to individual career ideals,enhance individual cultivation,and maintain ideological advancement.Through continuous improvement at these levels,the job satisfaction of rural high school music teachers will be continuously improved,thus providing important support for the development of rural music education.
