Standard is higher and higher in today's enterprises for team building.The traditional training already cannot satisfy the high requirements of the enterprise for team,the training training mode gets gradually the favour of enterprise training.Expand training the new way of training to hone the will,improve the interpersonal relationship,create a harmonious team,team cohesion,and other characteristics quickly recognized by many enterprises,therefore,expanding training in the rapid development of our country in recent years,in order to further strengthen the team construction of enterprise,in this study,on the basis of previous studies,with B culture media company expand training team as investigation object,using the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics,research methods,such as empirical approach to study the impacts of training team cohesion of the enterprise,draw the conclusion: 1,through training to improve enterprise team cohesion have certain effect;2,different gender of employees through training,in group activities and group task coherence of attraction of individual differences,but the differences of these two dimensions does not affect the ascent of the employees overall cohesion;3,different age groups of employees through training,differences on team cohesion increases;4,different projects to expand training is mainly to improve and adjust the relationship between staff and enhance team cohesion.Through the above conclusions reveal the expanding training plays an important role in cultivating enterprise team cohesion,team cohesion training to provide new ideas for the enterprise,to expand training team cohesion in the enterprise to build a foundation for further development.
