With the continuous improvement of the level of amateur basketball events in China's enterprises,more and more enterprises are hiring retired athletes or high-level athletes from colleges and universities,and employing athletes has gradually become the way of forming teams for China's leading enterprises' amateur basketball teams.For the basketball of collective antagonism,cohesion plays a vital role in improving the team's competitive ability.In the current enterprise of the amateur basketball team players,incentives,training,interpersonal relationship,etc.Under the new situation new characteristics,analysis the influence factors of enterprise amateur basketball team cohesion and team cohesion promotion strategy is put forward,for the amateur basketball team construction,improve the enterprise comprehensive competitive level of amateur basketball team is of great significance.This research adopts literature research,questionnaire survey method,interview method,expert consultation method,mathematical statistics method and other methods,with 19 189 enterprise amateur basketball team players as the main body in the investigation and evaluation,based on this,analyzes the enterprise value,incentives,team composition,goal setting and achievement motivation,coaches coaching style 6factors influence on the team cohesion,and put forward the five enterprises promotion strategy,amateur basketball team cohesion to amateur team management,training for the enterprise to provide certain reference.Research conclusions :(1)whether the enterprise attaches importance to the team will affect the cohesion of the team in the dimension of group social consistency.Enterprises attach importance to the team,will have a positive impact on the social consistency of the team group.(2)there are significant differences in the cohesion of amateur teams in terms of group social attraction,group task attraction,group social consistency and total cohesion score under the three different incentive forms,including bonus payment,team recruitment and spiritual reward.It is more beneficial to improve the cohesion of the team to recruit athletes who perform well as regular employees of the enterprise than to provide bonuses and spiritual rewards.(3)there are significant differences in the cohesion of enterprise amateur teams composed of different members in terms of group social attraction,group task attraction,group social consistency and total cohesion score.The overall cohesion level of a team with the majority or all of itsemployees is significantly higher than that of a team with all or most of its employees.(4)there are significant differences between teams with higher achievement motivation and those with general achievement motivation in terms of group task attraction,group social consistency,group task consistency and total cohesion score.The influence of team achievement motivation on the cohesion of social attraction dimension is not obvious.In general,the higher the motivation of team achievement,the stronger its cohesion.(5)whether the goal setting is clear or not has an impact on the cohesion of the team's group task attraction dimension,while the impact on other dimensions and the overall cohesion is not obvious.(6)the coach's coaching style has an impact on the team's cohesion in the four dimensions and its total score.Team cohesion score order for democracy,autocracy,laissez-faire.Democratic and autocratic coaching styles are conducive to the promotion of team cohesion in the dimension of group task consistency.The following Suggestions are put forward:(1)enterprises should pay more attention to the team,not only from the relevant policy orientation and capital allocation of the team should be given due attention.(2)strengthen the encouragement of enterprises and coaches to the amateur basketball team.(3)strengthen education and encouragement for players,conduct psychological adjustment,and improve the motivation of players' achievements.(4)set clear goals for corporate amateur basketball players by holding regular team meetings and players' conversations.(5)The recruitment of excellent players as the regular employees of the company can meet the long-term social status and economic benefits of the players.The teams should also introduce this incentive mechanism appropriately to improve the cohesion level of the team.(6)in team building,enterprises should choose or hire coaches with democratic coaching style.If they are coaches with autocratic style,they should try their best to become more democratic in coaching and create a good interpersonal atmosphere.Laisse-faire coaches should not be selected or hired.
