With the rapid development and popularization of information technology, Education Technology has made a steady and constant progress. Mobile-learning, born as a new and ubiquitous learning style, has made a great difference in our way of learning, studying, living, As well as our way of receiving, constructing, delivering information. How can employees adapt to the needs of lifelong learning and sustainable development? How to cope with the ever changing job requirements?At this circumstances, the author explores and practices the training activities design, Hopes to find a training model which can effectively integrate WeChat learning and traditional training, to shape a training model which offline training is held essential with online training as a supplement, to form a training culture which allows informal learning, independent learning and improving together, to create a sharing mechanism and learning organization. The main contents of this dissertation can be summarized as two parts:At the first part, the author introduces some related theories and technologies such as learning theory, mobile-learning theory, activity theory and WeChat technology. This part constructs the theoretical and technological basis for this study. After that, the author illuminate some WeChat learning forms and propose an activities-centered training design model which is based on WeChat.At the second part, the author conducts an empirical research with the instance of nursing training. Then evaluate the training effectiveness through interviews, questionnaires and WeChat learning data. Experiment shows that training activities supported by WeChat can improve nurses’learning interest and problem-solving skill, facilitate them grasping working knowledge systematically. But the training effects also influenced by phone capabilities, learning resources and other factors.
