Objective: Analysis and evaluation index system for a Medical Nursing Students different nation,Understand to the present situation of the employment ability and the quality of employment of the status quo,analyzes the influencing factors to improve different nation nursing students employment rate and promote nursing education reform and provide the basis for the final advanced nursing education personnel training and evaluation of reference.Methods: By cluster sampling method to select a Medical College of Nursing student freshman-graduate 600 students to fill out the questionnaire,a questionnaire involving basic personal and professional awareness of the three employment-related attitudes part of a total of 47 questions.Collect data entry Excel database was established using SPSSl9.0 statistical software for analysis,statistical methods include descriptive analysis,t test,chi-square test and other related analysis to P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results: The study included 600 college interns and students participated in the survey,576 valid questionnaires,the effective rate was 96%.1)56.8% of students hold general attitude on employment prospects.Students of different ethnic and profession roughly present the same proportion;2)The top three of the certainty of employment purpose are 40.2% to achieve there goal in life,livelihood needs are 30.5%,profession counterparts,18.6%;3)The main factors of employment difficulties are as followed: great competition of job hunting 45.3%?weak professional adaption30%,22% of lacking of accurate self-position;4)Han students who are willing to do irrelevant work to there profession are about 72.5%,which is higher than 55.2% of ethnic students,choice of students different profession are also relevant;5)According to the important of considerable factor of employment,the choice for the employment region and the salary expectations,students employment expectations are high;6)Only 15.4% of students stay that they are aware of the university employment policies,employment procedures and there associated systems60.9% of students say they are not clear;7)55% of students don't know there is a employment guidance center.30% of them are satisfy about its work.one problem arise during job hunting,most students will turn to there relative,friends,teachers and employment guidance center looking for help.60.1% students gain employment information form job fair,14.8% from massmedia,Internet10.9%,and relatives10.2%.Conclusion: 1)the different nation have a clear mind of the current employment situation;2)the different nation prepare for the current employment situation;3)The expectations of the students are relatively high on section and pay of employment;4)Students are not fully satisfied with the university's direction on employment.There is more should be done in this aspect.
