Recently,Undergraduate are facing great pressure from employment,based on the current undergraduate'employment situation,according to Albert Bandura's Self-efficacy Theory,the thesis is written to researh on undergraduate' Career Decision-making Self-efficacy(CDMSE)'s relationship between employment pressure,social support and positive coping style, wishing to discover the main psychological factors for postgraduates' career seletion and to provide rational suggestions for them on career seletion.This thesis adopted the Revised Short Scale for CDMSE by Yanmei Long(2003), Employment Pressure Questionnair for Colleague Students by Yuhong Chen,Social Support Evaluating List by Shuiyuan Xiao and Positive Coping Style of Coping Style Survey by Yaning Xie were carried out by 540 undergraduate,among whom 266 are male while 274 are female.According to the research,conclusions are made as bellow:(1)There are great differences for undergraduate' employment pressure, social support and positive coping style by gender;There are great differences for undergraduate' employment pressure and social support by the only child;There are great differences for undergraduate' positive coping style and CDMSE by major.(2)There are intimate relationship between employment pressure,social support,positive coping style and CDMSE..There is significant negative correlation betwee employment pressue and social support,positive coping style,CDMSE;There is significant positive correlation among social support,positive coping style and CDMSE.(3)Employment pressure can directly affect the CDMSE,can also be independent mediation by social support and positive coping style affect CDMSE,can also through social support and positive coping style's chain multiple mediation role affectCDMSE. Social support and positive coping style act as chain multiple mediation between emplyment pressure and CDMSE.According to the above findings, we suggest that undergraduate' employment problem should be widely concern from all walks of life, to mobilize individuals, families, schools and society to form a complete system, strengthen the communication between each system, by enhancing the student individual to form a positive attitude to solve the various problems, encourage and called for the family, school and society to provide students a comprehensive social support, and encourage students make full use of this kind of social support, to provide certain help alleviate employment pressure. At the same time, schools and society from all walks of life should be regularly carried out various employment practices, such as positive employment practice chance for the students to improve the students' ability of practice and application; Actively carry out various employment lectures, invited experienced people from all walks of life by telling his experience to provide reference for the students and the opportunity to learn; Salon all kinds of job, work, improve the students' ability of applying, interview, strengthen students' vocational skills, such as the operation to help undergraduate from the aspects of practical application of more effective alleviate employment pressure, at the same time to strengthen the students' career self-efficacy, give full play to the social support and coping with multiple mediation role play.
