Research On The Construction Of The College Counselors' Team In Private Colleges In Fujian

Private college counselors' team management is a dynamic management process. The use of human resources development and public administration in the flexible management and other related theories and ideas to guide and solve practical problems of college counselors'team construction, to stimulate the enthusiasm of instructors, has the guiding significance and important theoretical value.The private higher education in China started in 1980s. After thirty years of development, in support of national policy and the continuous efforts of its own, the school scale and school quality are greatly improved. Private college counselors are the most direct guidance in students'management. The stability and the construction of the private college counselors have very important theoretical and practical significance.Although our country has issued a lot of documents to support the construction of private college counselors, the workable policies are still very lack of. In private colleges, the mechanism is not perfect, the relative system is relatively perfect and the development of counselors'team construction has lagged behind in the work required. Under this background, the author enhances the stability and construction of private college counselors in order to make contribution to the greater living space for private colleges.This paper mainly uses the literature search method, the interview method and the questionnaire survey method, divides into five parts:The first part introduces the research background and significance, domestic and international research status, research ideas and technology roadmap.The second part, questionnaire survey of the current situation of the construction of College Counselors in Fujian province;The third part, taking Fujian Province as an example, analyzes the status quo and the existing problems of the stability and construction of the counselors in private colleges by means of interview and questionnaire survey;The fourth part analyzes the main factors that affect the construction of college counselors' team, from three aspects of social factors, school factors and their own factors.The fifth part mainly puts forward some measures and suggestions for the stability and construction of the College Counselors' team.
