Research On Construction Of Counselor's Vocational Ability In China's Private College

With the rapid development of China's social economy,cultural development highlights the trend of diversification.And the diversified value orientation has brought huge impact and new challenges to college students' life,especially to the construction of the professional ability of college counselors.Promoting the construction of the professional ability of private-owned college counselor admits of no delay,which is an important task for practitioners to study and solve.This study defines some relevant concepts of the construction of professional ability of the private-owned college instructor.From the perspective of the combination of theory and practice,the content and standard of the construction of professional ability of college instructors are clarified in the paper.From the perspectives of subject and object and adopting the method of sample survey and interview,this paper analyzes the current situation of the construction of instructors' professional competence from four aspects,the basic situation of private-owned counsellor,the self-evaluation of their professional competence,the occupational satisfaction,and the college's construction of professional competence.On the basis reality and focusing on the future development,this research teases out the main problems,existing in the construction of private-owned college counselors' professional competence,and then analyzes and summarizes its reason.Insisting the problem-orientation,the author proposes some feasible measures to promote the construction of instructors' professional competence: stimulating the internal motivation of these instructor,increasing their input to improve the professional ability,further strengthening the establishment and perfection of relevant safeguard mechanism,specifying the segregation of duties of counselors' professional competence,and boldly innovating the competence of instructors to build the operational mechanism and management pattern.The construction of college instructors' professional competence is a systematic project.The internal cause is the key,that is,the counselor must enhance the sense of urgency and crisis of their occupational skills,while the external cause is the condition,that is,the construction of instructor's competence can hardly finish without the great attention the leadership and the pouring of money and people.Only the two causes worked together,the construction of college counselor's professional competence can achieve the steady and sustainable development.
