In September 2014, the state council issued " implementation opinion on deepening the reform of the examination recruitment system ", calling for "trying to implement the new mechanism that unify college entrance examination scores and achievement test scores, on while referring to the overall quality evaluation ", achievement test for senior high schools is given dual function of graduation and selection, and thus formally incorporated into the college talent selection track..Based on the current context of the reform in examination enrollment system, this topic use the literature analysis, case study method, comparative method, select Shanghai of the China's college entrance examination reform city and New South Wales as the research object, from the following three dimensions to compare between them:first, the comparison of high school achievement test elements, including test content, form and subjects; Second, the comparison of high school biology course standard, including curriculum structure and curriculum evaluation and so on; Third, the comparison of high school biology test questions, including test content, features of the proposition, etc. By comparing the similarities and differences, the paper will summarize revelation for implementing the new high school achievement test, revising high school biology course standard,and drawing biology test,meanwhile provide a valuable reference for other provinces and cities which will gradually enter the new round of examination and enrollment system reform.
