The wave of basic education reform in the world is one after another. With the aid of the network platform, the new way of learning is constantly emerging. The mainland of China is constantly trying new teaching methods, as early as 80 years in the last century,the mainland gradually formed to change the traditional teaching relationship to improve classroom teaching practice and thoughts.Dongshan County with the pre-learning and teaching as the basic concept,To optimize the teaching process and to set up an effective classroom teaching mode reform..Through the observation of a large number of classroom teaching reform and practice exploration,That is:autonomous learning then teaching testing and feedback,after the three parts, as well as the form of group cooperative learning.which could be referred to as three parts with one form To better cater to the requirements of the "new curriculum autonomy, cooperation and inquiry.The new teaching methods and classroom teaching mode put forward new challenges to the teachers'teaching methods and their own role identity.It not only requires teachers to change the ingrained traditional concepts of education, change the teaching behavior, past habitual teaching and way of life,more teachers are required to keep pace with the times and actively explore a variety of teaching problems found under the new model and the solving method.In this paper, through the investigation and analysis of the Primary and middle schoolteacher s role adaptation nversion in Dongshan county,In order to understand the current situation of the teachers'role transformation in Dongshan County after the" pre-learning and teaching.To seek effective measures and ways to promote the conversion of teachers'role in Dongshan County to provide useful reference for promoting the process of teacher role conversion, promoting the professional development of teachers and promoting the reform of basic education curriculum.
