Women's speed skating 1,000 meters is the highlight of our Winter Olympics, has been made in the Winter Olympics silver and 1 bronze medals. But now, the project has yet to achieve new breakthroughs. Through this paper, since 1980 Elite Women's 1,000 m speed skating athletes to Olympic Games and other major events and performance analysis, we found the sports results of the project although significant progress, but there is a big gap between the world's top level. Analysis showed that speed endurance is poor, slow down and clear the project after the way the poor performance of one of the major sports. And effective and practical method of speed endurance training is the key to improve the speed endurance. Therefore, this article aims by 1,000 meters of Chinese women speed skaters methods of endurance training, investigation, experiment, summed up the speed endurance training methods to improve speed endurance level, to improve athletic performance, to achieve new breakthroughs.In this paper, using literature, interviews, questionnaires, experiments, research methods on the Elite Women's 1,000 m speed skating athletes of endurance training methods. The results showed that: At present, women's 1,000 m speed skating elite endurance athletes speed training methods are mainly terrestrial bicycle, skateboard, bend away, speed endurance running, strength training and distance training project on ice; speed skating training device to improve the speed of wind resistance endurance effective methods. The lower rate of resistance equipment to resolve the conflict by the use of their land, ice and other long isokinetic strength, uniform variable resistance, variable speed resistance training, speed endurance quickly to address the process of deceleration after the race problem, improve athletic results; aerobic endurance training is to improve the athlete's basic speed and key. Through aerobic training can improve oxygen uptake and utilization of oxygen athletes the ability to improve the speed endurance. Aerobic training intensity should be controlled in blood lactic acid 2~3mmol/l, heart rate from 150 to 160 beats/min, each ring sliding speed of the fastest lap speed of 60% level.The proportion of aerobic training should be the direction of the international 70%. In the aerobic training should pay attention to the quality of training, ratio. Such as using HiLo training method can improve aerobic capacity, improve speed endurance;in speed endurance training session before the coaches to be patient and careful introduction to the speed endurance athletes training course content and attention, combined with the characteristics of the project, focusing on individual athletes differences, the control ratio of speed endurance training, monitoring, good speed endurance training loads to ensure the completion of the quality of speed endurance training.
