Sports with the deepening development of the new curriculum reform, high school physical education teachers are becoming increasingly aware of the important role o in curriculum implementation. Professional teacher development has been received unprecedented attention. The new curriculum provides opportunities for teachers, but also severe challenges. In the face of many new problems in the new curriculum, physical education getting more and more attention in the form of teachers' professional development based on teaching. The purpose of carrying out research activities is to promote the physical education teachers to optimize teaching activities, and improve the quality of classroom teaching.In this study, high school physical education teachers teaching activities is the research object, with the integrated use of literature, investigation, logical analysis, mathematical statistics, case analysis and other research activities, targeted at senior high school PE Teachers' teaching activities to offer the means of high school physical education teachers teaching ability development. Based on the relevant literature review, we had a survey on the current research activities of high school physical education teachers.324 high school physical education teachers who joined the national training plan of Ministry of education from 2012 to 2015, which named shortage of weak key teacher training project "in Fujian Normal University as the investigation subject, were studied in their current situation of teaching. The results show:(1) in the new curriculum reform of the cognition, more than 87% of the high school physical education teachers hold positive the attitude to the new curriculum reform, more than 60% of them said that it influenced the research activities on their new curriculum. However, there are 51.5% high school physical education teachers for the new curriculum reform expressed concern in recent years. (2) From the form of teaching and research, teaching and research activities in the form of high school sports teachers to collective lesson preparation, class evaluation, teaching experience exchange. (3) From the teaching and study frequency, average at least once a week or more research activities mainly in the collective lesson preparation, the average monthly in at least one or more of the project research activities mainly in the teaching experience and the exchange of class evaluation. (4) From the research on the demand, motivation, school classroom teaching requirements and the requirements of the new curriculum, is the main reason to participate in teaching activities of high school PE teachers. (5) The degree of satisfaction from the research activities on the quality, most of the teachers are satisfied with the current teaching quality. (6) From the research content requirements can be seen on the discussion and discussion teaching in difficult is the main research content requirements. (7) Understanding of high school physical education teachers for physical education mainly from the understanding of sports research and analysis of teaching effectiveness of knowledge analysis of the differences between the two aspects of the analysis. (8) Through the survey found that the influencing factors of current research activities there are four main aspects:school management, teaching group, teaching and research activities, teachers' management and the environment.On this basis, the case analysis on the Tao Chunxian research studio, mainly including the promotion value characteristics of the operation, Tao Chunxian research studio teaching studio, and on the basis of the research studio successfully enlightenment, put forward the development way of high school physical education teachers teaching.
