In recent years, college students' physique and health has received widespread attention and the physical condition of college students in China, girls' physical performance is more apparent, has become an indisputable fact. This research starting from sports intervention study tai chi chuan, yi jin and wuqinxi influence on human body balance ability; Through experimental apparatus to measure the specific impact of exercise intervention on human body balance ability; USES data to analyze longitudinal study of three projects is influential to human body balance, and the influence of the three sports to human body balance ability whether there are differences. Study concluded that: one,24 style taijiquan, yi jin and wuqinxi can improve balance ability in female college students in colleges and universities. In general,24 style taijiquan is more significant on the improvement of the indicators followed by wuqinxi, the last is yi jin jing. Two, tai chi and wuqinxi to improvements are relatively obvious, the indicators of static balance and dynamic balance can force has increased greatly, yi jin jing to the static balance ability improved, not obvious effect on the improvement of the dynamic balance ability. Three, tai chi and wuqinxi to proprioception are improved, and tai chi on the improvement of the body feeling better than wuqinxi, yi jin jing is not obvious on the improvement of the proprioception. Four, tai chi, yi jin jing and wuqinxi to vestibular has improved, tai chi and wuqinxi to each test condition of vestibular has improved, and the effect is good, yi jin jing to static open feet and static close my eyes feet of vestibular sense improve relatively good;Five,24 style taijiquan, yi jin and wuqinxi to ankle improve muscle strength, and improve the focus and degree of different. Six, effect on the improvement of the ankle flexor muscle is good wuqinxi, followed by 24 style taijiquan, the last is yi jin jing, wuqinxi and 24 style taijiquan on its improvement degree does not have significant difference, the improvement of the yi jin jing degree has significant difference compared with the two. Seven, on the improvement of the ankle in outer strength is 24 style taijiquan with better effect, followed by yi jin jing. the last is wuqinxi, of which 24 style taijiquan and yi jin jing has significant difference on its improvement degree, yi jin jing and wuqinxi to its improvement degree have no significant difference.
