Objective:To test the effects of taijiquan group, tense group and non - exercise group on the static balance ability, dynamic balance ability, ontology sensation, vestibular sensation, lower limb muscle strength, The impact of the balance of elderly women,from the perspective of physiological mechanisms to verify the two kinds of exercise methods to improve the balance of elderly women's ability to effect and differences,thus enriching the field of research results, to improve the elderly to prevent falls and anti-fall ability of the most Good fitness form to provide theoretical basisMethods:A total of 86 valid samples were tested by questionnaire. The subjects were tested in the static and dynamic balance. The subjects were 30 people in Taijiquan group, 30 were in social dance group, 31 were in exercise group, In the age of 60-70 years old women, after the end of the questionnaire to meet the test requirements of 86 test subjects were tested, namely, static balance ability test, dynamic balance ability test, combined with balance ability related to the body sensory test, vestibular sensory test, Lower limb muscle strength test, test results by SPSS statistics, using single factor analysis of variance to detect differences between groups.Research result1, static balance ability(P <0.01), the area of the envelope was significantly better than that of the no exercise group (P <0.05), and the track length was significantly better than that of the no exercise group (P <0.01) (P <0.05) .There was significant difference between the Taiji group and the social dance group (P <0.05).(2) Compared with the non-exercise group, the tac-erection group and the non-exercise group showed that the center-of-gravity shaking track length, the envelope area and the Y-axis shift were significantly better In the no exercise group (P<0.05), the envelope area and Y axis shift were significantly better than those of the group (P <0.05).(3) Compared with the no exercise group, the long axis of the Taiji group and the non-exercise group were significantly longer than those of the exercise group (the area of the tunnel, the length of the trajectory area, the trajectory per unit area,the X axis offset and the Y axis offset) (P <0.01). Compared with the no exercise group, the distance between the trophic group and the non-exercise group was better than that of the no-exercise group (P <0.05).(P <0.01), the area of the envelope, the X-axis and the X-axis were significantly higher than those in the non-exercise group (P <0.01), and the trajectory area (P<0.05). The lower limb muscle strength and body feeling were significantly better than those without exercise group (P <0.05).Analysis conclusion1.Static balance ability,long-term regular tai chi, social dance exercise can significantly improve the static balance of elderly women, tai chi can improve the subjects feet open eyes, feet closed eyes, eyes open eyes and single foot closed state static Balance ability,and social dance exercise can only improve the one foot open eyes and single foot closed eyes under the static balance of capacity. Taijiquan group compared with the social dance group, long-term tai chi exercise can significantly improve the static balance, in the improvement of the tai chi movement to improve the effect is better than the ballroom exercise.2.1 Dynamic balance capacity,ong-term regular tai chi, social dance exercise can significantly improve the dynamic balance of older women. Taijiquan can significantly improve the dynamic balance of the medial, medial, and posterior medial directions of the stretch of the star, and the ballroom can significantly improve the dynamic balance in the front and medial directions.3.In terms of balance,tai chi exercise can significantly improve the elderly female body feeling, vestibular feeling, can significantly improve the elderly women's lower limb muscle strength. Ballroom exercise can significantly improve the elderly women's body feel, lower limb muscle strength, can significantly improve the vestibular feeling of older women.
