Objective: this paper tested the core strength,static balance ability and dynamic balance ability of the elderly women in the gateball group and the control group(brisk walking and non-exercise group),and achieved the following objectives: 1.Discussed the influence of the gateball group and the control group(brisk walking and non-exercise group)on the balance ability of the elderly women;2.2.Compared the difference between the gateball group and the control group(brisk walking and non-exercise group)on the static balance ability of the elderly women;3.Evaluate the effect of gateball sports on improving the balance ability of elderly women,and analyze whether the gateball group is better for improving the balance ability of elderly women.Research methods: through literature,questionnaire,test,mathematical statistics and other research methods,through the questionnaire screening(screening criteria: single exercise items,no special diet preference;(2)the exercise time 5 years or more,exercise frequency 3 or more days/weeks,croquet set of old man the ground movement time 1 h p,leapt movement time p 1 h),select 60 ? 70 years old elderly women,a goal kick,pace group,no exercise groups(25 people,using test equipment are: core muscle strength tester,Super Balance instrument,Y type Balance test chart,test indicators include: core area of the flexor muscle strength before and after the flexor muscle strength,left or right flexor muscle strength,left-handed muscle strength,a right-handed strength test value and the ratio of the target,static Balance ability: Peripheral area of the maximum total trajectory length,X direction,shake shake diameter,Y direction maximum shake,shake trajectory of the X direction,Y direction of the shake trajectory length,the average speed of X direction,Y direction of the average velocity,dynamic balance ability: supporting the forward direction,right lateral left,left medial and lateral right before the support direction,left or right inside,finally data using SPSS19.0 evaluation processing,single factor variance analysis comparison results.Conclusions:1.The core strength,static balance ability and dynamic balance ability of the elderly women who often take part in goalball exercise are better than the elderly women who do not take exercise and walk fast.2.The core strength,static balance ability and dynamic balance ability of the elderly women who often take part in vigorous walking were better than the elderly women who did not take exercise.
