The executive power of middle-level managers in middle schools is the ability of middlelevel school cadres to accurately grasp the school's strategic goals and decision-making tasks and implement them.Middle managers are both managers and executors,and they play a critical part in the process of school management and mechanism operation.For a middle school,the execution level of the middle management team is the key to the survival and development of the school.Therefore,the research on improving the executive ability of middle-level managers in middle schools has very important practical significance,which will help improve the overall executive ability of the school and promote the healthy development of the school.Through reading the existing literature and combing it effectively,the four core concepts of middle school,middle management,executive ability and middle school middle management execution ability are clearly defined,and the composition of middle school middle management execution ability: understanding ability and communication are analyzed and summarized.Ability,ability to withstand pressure and innovation,and use questionnaires as the mainstay,supplemented by on-site interviews to integrate effective information on the current status and problems of the executive ability of middle-level managers in middle schools.The investigation and research is represented by three junior high schools in D District of Hunan Province.It is found that the current status of the executive ability of middle-level managers in middle schools is mainly manifested in the following four aspects: First,the middle-level managers are unable to accurately understand the intentions of the superiors or have deviations in understanding,resulting in uneven comprehension capabilities.Uneven phenomenon;the second is the disharmony of communication between the middle and lower levels,and the feedback to the superior is inefficient,making it difficult to achieve good communication;the third is that the middle-level has an obvious lack of stress resistance;the fourth is that the middle-level innovation ability is insufficient to carry out work creatively.Thereby affecting its maximum execution efficiency.According to the above status and performance,the thesis mainly analyzes the reasons for the execution problems of middle-level managers from the school and the individual levels.Finally,in response to these problems,this paper proposes strategies for improving the execution ability of middle-level managers in middle schools.First,the school is from the top Next,internal and external linkages,starting from the four elements of improving the selection mechanism,improving the system fortress,creating an execution culture and strengthening teamwork,consolidate the foundation for improving execution;the second is personal learning,self-cultivation and far-reaching,from cultivating understanding and strengthening communication strengthen the core quality of middle-level executive power through four aspects: strength,consolidation of resistance to pressure and optimization of innovation.
