As a means of moral education, education punishment itself is not good or bad. However, with the students' injury accidents caused by improper punishment, people's misunderstanding of education discipline is more and more deep. In order to find a reasonable way of education punishment, educators exploration and think in-depth from different perspectives and layer, but unrewarding, media even once the demonize groups of teachers. The author chooses the perspective of virtue ethics, thinks that the strong practical wisdom and humanistic can guide the education punishment to break through the difficult situation and find a reasonable way out. In fact, virtue ethics is the indispensable theoretical guidance for education punishment. Firstly, virtue ethics is helpful to promote the internalization of moral rules. Virtue ethics respect students' moral autonomy, and promote the students to the external moral standards into their own virtue. Secondly, virtue ethics is helpful to correct the utilitarian tendency of education punishment. Virtue ethics is helpful to clarify the utilitarian purpose of education punishment, and to restore the educational significance of education punishment. Finally, virtue ethics makes the education punishment more humane. Virtue ethics is full of humanistic care, and it can be used to guide the education discipline, which makes the education discipline more human.On the basis of sorting and analyzing a large amount of literature data, the author mainly divides four parts to analysis education punishment, and tries to strengthen the virtue of education punishment. The first part is the concept definition, mainly define related concepts on the virtue ethics, education discipline. On the basis of defining virtue, the author thinks that virtue ethics is to human as the core, to virtue as the core concept,and as ultimate goal of happiness.Education punishment from virtue ethics is moral education means to human as the core,it finally live a happy life by imposing unpleasant experience to students. In the second part, it of purpose, morality and human nature. First of all, according to the level of individual moral development, this paper expounds the combination of virtue ethics and education discipline from two aspects of the basic purpose and the highest goal respectively. Secondly, the author expounds the morality of virtue ethics and education punishment from two aspects, which are the emphasis of moral motivation and the motivation of shame. Finally, the author believes that virtue ethics is in accord with the demands of human nature of education discipline, and demonstrates the correspondence between the two aspects from the development of the good and the suppression of malignant two aspects. The third part is the part of the problem. The author from the perspective of virtue ethics examine disciplinary education and found that it mainly exists disciplinary purpose impure, the disciplinary measures abuse, punishment on the status of subject moral loss and other problems. The fourth part puts forward the moral strategy of education discipline. First of all,education punishment must return to the purpose of educating people, mainly from the two aspects of the formation of virtue and virtue to achieve. Secondly, we must improve the moral cultivation of the punishment, mainly cultivate the punishment of the good, caring, responsibility and other moral qualities. Third, to enhance the humanistic care of education punishment. To do this, teachers must respect the students in the implementation of discipline, fair treatment of students, according to the characteristics of the age of the students to implement the discipline, and to achieve the appropriate disciplinary.Fourth,teachers should guide students to moral self-discipline. Final value of education punishment is, by controlling the external forces, stimulate students' internal control self aware, in order to promote the students from moral heterodoxy tendency of moral self-discipline.
