Since 1978,driven by rapid economic growth,private higher education has shown good momentum of development and has been playing an important role in promoting the reform and development of China's higher education.Teacher is the key factor of developing higher education and improving qualities of talents and standards of teaching levels.More and more importance is given to the construction of teachers in private vocational colleges,as a result of,it has made much progress.However,many problems have been occurred during the HR management,e.g.the high rate of brain drain is restricting its development of private vocational colleges and hinders the pace of upgrading China's higher education structure.This paper aims at promoting the stable development and improving the teaching quality of private vocational colleges by studying those quitting teachers in private vocational colleges and relying on the theories of "Person-Environment Fit,Compensation Management and Motivation".After analyzing the status quo and characteristics of brain drain in private vocational colleges nationwide,the researcher further makes an analysis of faculty's work satisfaction in SJ College and its status quo of brain drain through filed survey of this college.The first part introduces the research background,significance,status at home and abroad,purpose,contents,technical route and methods concerning this paper.The second part states the theories used in this paper,including defining private colleges,teachers of private vocational colleges,human resources management,etc.,illustrating the teacher characteristics of private vocational colleges,and sketching "Person-Organizational Environment Fit","Compensation Management","Motivation" and other HR management theories.The third part illustrates the teachers' structure and status quo of brain drain in private vocational colleges,and analyzes the features regarding braid drain.This part focuses on the status quo,group characteristics and adverse effect of brain drain in SJ college,and through questionnaire survey,makes a deep analysis of the main reasons for the brain drain in SJ collegeThe fourth part comes up with specific countermeasures after analyzing the good practices on faculty construction in domestic and foreign private colleges:firstly,from the perspective of human resource management,the researcher proposes college micromanagement strategy,namely,specific countermeasures are given based on the theories of "Person-Environment Fit,Compensation Management and Motivation";Secondly,from the perspective of the government macroeconomic policy,the writer puts forward a system countermeasure for stabilizing faculty in private vocational colleges.The fifth part draws the conclusion in respect of this paper.
