With the continuous development of private higher education,as a private higher education school,Hunan T College has achieved rapid development.However,due to the constant changes in the external environment of the education system and the lack of emphasis on long-term strategic planning,the college faces problems such as unreasonable faculty structure,low administrative level,and imperfect promotion mechanism for teachers and administrators.Especially in the context of the transformation and development of colleges,private colleges are facing a new reshuffle.Hunan T College urgently needs to conduct a comprehensive and systematic analysis of changes in the internal and external environment of colleges and universities from the perspective of transformation and development,and continuously improve and innovate.The strategy of talent training in order to achieve its own sustainable development,so as to gain a foothold in the development of private colleges and universities and gain a leading position.This paper first fully studies the development of Hunan T College,adopts the questionnaire survey method,conducts field research and evidence collection,and then uses a series of theories and methods such as SWOT analysis,Schultz human capital theory,salary incentive theory,and university human capital property rights.,through the analysis of the internal and external environment of Hunan T College,the development direction of the school is clarified,the overall development strategy is given,and the corresponding implementation guarantee system is formulated.As a whole,Hunan T College should adopt a strategy of optimizing external recruitment and internal optimization,that is,to give full play to its own advantages,and must conform to the trend of reform and development,update management concepts,and improve management efficiency.Strengthen the training of administrative personnel to achieve professional development;strengthen the construction of the teaching staff,optimize the employment conditions;improve the training management system,and ensure salary guarantee;establish and improve the incentive system,and comprehensively formulate assessment standards to ensure that high-quality talent Fast and efficient construction.This paper provides an effective improvement strategy for the human resource management of Hunan T College,provides a reference plan for the transformation and development of private colleges and universities,and provides a solid foundation for the cultivation of high-skilled and high-quality talents in private colleges and universities.
