Occupational stress is the pressure that is caused when a professional requirement forces people to make a deviation from the normal function.Occupational stress can cause people's physiological or psychological adverse reactions.Aircrew occupational stress is mainly refers to the flight cabin staff for the customer provides to provide related services and aircraft flight in the process of psychological or physiological of deviation from the normal performance.At present,domestic flight officers facing occupational stress larger,but the response aircrew occupational stress means less and aircrew occupational stress relieve the lack of specialized,standardized management,alleviate team level uneven.Airline crew due to the special working environment,so the occupation pressure.These occupational stress affect not only to their own health,but also directly affect the flight safety,so take effective measures to alleviate the pressure of aircrew of vocational,have important significance to development of China's aviation industry.The Shenzhen Airlines flight personnel as an example,discusses the Shenzhen Airlines flight personnel occupational stress,and analyze the reasons of affecting aircrew occupational stress.Through the factor analysis method to carry on the statistical analysis to the data,discussed the relations between the occupational stress and the correlation factor to obtain the following result:1.Shenzhen airline aircrew sources of occupational stress on three aspects:physical and mental pressure,interpersonal skills and pressure,emergency pressure.Physical and mental pressure mainly includes:the spread of disease threat,malnutrition,occupational disease and lack of family support;interpersonal skills and pressure mainly includes:high radiation,hypoxia reaction,their lack of professional skills,interpersonal relations complex and promotion channel is narrow;emergency pressure mainly includes:Malaysia Airlines incident,terrorists' hijacked aircraft and other unexpected events.2.Shenzhen Airlines aircrew age,marital status,gender and job types of pressure of the three major sources there is a certain effect,the marital status,gender impact on the pressure in the event of an emergency is not significant,and age,marital status,sex and the type of position for the physical and mental stress,interpersonal skills and pressure have significant influence,which shows the different age,gender,marital status and different positions of aircrew occupational stress is different.3.Shenzhen Airlines flight personnel occupational stress mainly the following aspects:Shenzhen Airlines attention enough,psychological health education is not in place,aircrew occupational stress management measures are not specific,Shenzhen Airlines has not yet formed mechanism of sound pressure management and Shenzhen Airlines flight personnel occupational stress management to the lack of an effective assessment and evaluation.4.This study lies in the corresponding investigation and analysis of Shenzhen Airlines flight personnel occupational stress problem by field survey;Shenzhen Airlines flight personnel occupational stress status and problems are discussed;put forward the aircrew occupational stress prevention and intervention strategies,specific measures:strengthen the aircrew of mental health education;establish aircrew occupational stress crisis early warning mechanism of management system,build aircrew care platform;establish long-term mechanism and to "+" mode to strengthen the EAP system construction etc..
